This year’s program at Camp Agape once again promises to be fun, exciting and, most importantly, spiritual. ♦ Camp Agape is sponsored by Christian Youth Enterprises, Inc. (CYE). CYE is a charitable corporation with IRS section 501(c)(3) status, established in the 1960s by members of local churches of Christ to provide a Bible-based camping experience for young people in Western New York and Northwest Pennsylvania ***IMPORTANT NOTE***We are holding a combined week this year. There will be separate programs for Juniors and Seniors. While we fully expect to hold camp this year, there is a possibility that we will not be able to due to staffing issues. The CYE Board of Directors has, after due deliberation, decided not to require COVID vaccinnation (or a recent case of COVID) of everybody coming to camp. We do highly recommend full immunization and boosting of everyone. We will also be requesting your immunization status. |
Frequently Asked Questions: Q What forms do I need to submit, and when? A The Camp Agape Family Application Form should be submitted as soon as possible, with both sides fully and accurately completed. You should bring the required medical forms with you to camp. Do not send them in advance. These forms must be completed as applicable or, per NYS law, you will not be permitted to register. Q How much will I have to pay, and when? A Carefully follow the instructions in Step 3 on the Family Application Form to determine what you owe. No deposit is required this year. The full amount is due at registration. Q What if I can’t afford the fees? A We ask that you pay what you can. If you need help, first ask your own congregation. If you still need help, call. We will make sure you can attend! Q How will I know if I have been accepted? A You will receive an acknowledgement via email. This acknowledgement will include names and programs for all camp attendees, the remaining amount due (if any), directions to the campground, and a “Contract for Behavior at Camp” which must be turned in at registration. |
